From there, you will build AI-powered workflows for text summarization, message classification, human-reviewed AI responses, Google Sheets enrichment, and API-based automation.You will also learn how to improve AI prompts, inspect incorrect field mappings, test normal and edge-case inputs, handle sensitive requests more carefully, and compare expected results with actual workflow behavior.The course finishes with a practical final project where you build an AI Customer Support Triage System.
