Se analizan los principios del DIH, los sujetos protegidos y las obligaciones del Estado colombiano conforme al derecho internacional y constitucional.El curso profundiza en el estudio de la jurisprudencia del Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos, abordando la responsabilidad internacional del Estado, el deber de prevenir, investigar, sancionar y reparar, así como el control de convencionalidad.
