This course contains the use of artificial intelligence
280+ tools for a GDPR program that needs documents, owners and recorded decisions.
Eight working files connect the role, processing records, requests, assessments, transfers, breach response and retention.
When the next request arrives before the documents are ready
The company has privacy policies, but processing details are scattered across departments. A request arrives and nobody knows which systems to search or who should reply. A new vendor or incident creates another round of emails, while the same missing records return in the next management meeting.
A program with a visible working record
The daily work becomes easier to coordinate when each process has a document, a named owner and a recorded reason for its next action. A processing purpose connects to its basis and notice; a request has a log and draft reply; a new project has an assessment record. Retention decisions and program metrics stay visible in the management report instead of disappearing into an inbox.
The instructor
Mike is an HR leader and academy founder with 20 years in HR. He participated in GDPR implementation at Preply from the HR and business side. He is the #1 HR instructor on Udemy and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. His experience informs the organisational side of this PapaHR Academy course; he is not a lawyer or a DPO.
What the count includes
The course toolkit contains 284 entries, rounded down to 280+ in the title. These are counted across formats: a file container, an editable working part and a usable slide version can cover the same practice. The number does not mean 284 separate downloads or unique methods.
8 interactive HTML working files, including: Records of Processing Builder; Data Subject Request Desk; DPIA Builder; Breach Response Plan.
58 working parts inside those files, including: controller record; identity check; transfer assessment; retention schedule.
218 ready-to-use slide bundles in the lecture PDFs, including: role description; consent check; access cover letter; retention policy.
64 templates and sample documents, including: DPO role description; controller record card; access cover letter; retention policy.
60 checklists and validation rules, including: resources checklist; consent check; privacy notice checklist; processor contract checklist.
28 question lists and conversation scripts, including: department interview questions; process owner questions; importer assessment questions; CEO report phrases.
21 tables, maps and decision matrices, including: conflict table; lawful basis trigger table; DPIA likelihood scale; breach decision table.
14 formulas and calculations, including: request deadline calculation; DPIA risk score; ENISA severity calculation; deletion due date formula; training completion metric.
31 procedures and decision trees, including: request procedure; DPIA screening tree; transfer assessment steps; retention period method.
Each checklist, bank, table or complete sample counts once as a bundle. Models and methods explained, including legitimate interests assessment, DPIA risk assessment and ENISA severity assessment, are not added again: their usable forms, questions and calculations are already in the inventory. Source links, print buttons and repeated demonstrations are excluded.

One fictional example connects all eight lessons: a company in Dublin supplying booking and membership software to EU fitness clubs. Its DPO, Elena, coordinates work with management, HR, product, security and external legal support. The company acts as processor for club member data and controller for its own employee, candidate and business contact data. Example numbers illustrate the documents; they are not client results.
First comes the role and scope. Then come the records and lawful bases that give the program its foundation. Requests, impact assessments, vendor relationships and breach response follow as recurring processes. The final lesson brings retention and program reporting into a continuing review rhythm.
The course covers how to establish and run a data protection program using GDPR terminology; it does not prepare you for CIPP/E or CIPM exams.
This course is educational and is not legal advice.
National requirements vary by Member State — check your national law and authority. Technical security design, forensic investigation, general compliance programs, laws outside the EU and privacy platform configuration are outside the course scope. Responsibility for controller decisions remains with the controller; DPO advice and processor assistance are recorded separately.
