RPA Project: Mapping the process(es)

Many RPA/Automation courses focus on the technical - how to build actual bots or automated solutions. This series of courses focuses on how to manage this work - a vital skill often lacking in businesses today.In this course, you are going to learn how to produce the graphical representation of your current and future state processes in full. You will also have the confidence to work with your colleagues to build out a future state process, fit for purpose and ready for delivery.
